Staying at Faena Hotel was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's design is strikingly beautiful, with unique artistic touches everywhere you look. The service was consistently top-notch, making me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. However, I had a bit of a hiccup during check-in, as my room was not ready until quite late, which was frustrating given the high expectations set by the hotel's reputation. Yet, once settled in, the rest of my experience was excellent, especially the dining options and the overall atmosphere.
